I generally like to approach public policy thinking about what the millennial generation-and our kids-are going to be dealing with fifty years from now. Right about the time I'll be retiring and writing reflections about fascinating things.
Why? Because most of our big problems in 2010 will get much worse by that time. Or a lot better. But it'll take tough changes, saying "no" to our friends perpetuating silliness, and "yes" to collective responsibility and a "yes we can" attitude.
